Can I just tell you how wonderful this book is? I've loved Martha Stewart since she first came on the scene way back when. I've been a subscriber to Martha Stewart Living magazine forever, have read books about her, watched her cooking shows, bought her cookbooks and her DVD's. Although, I must admit to liking the vintage Martha Stewart offerings better compared to today's. That being said, all of her projects are always well done with great instructions and attention to detail. Now I know that she doesn't actually come up with all of the ideas or do everything herself, but I love what's at the core of her marketing message. It's similar to what I've written at the top of my blog.
I've recently read and created a few of the projects (I'll share some of the fun things later) in the book, and was again thrilled with all the detailed instructions.
The book includes so many crafts that are popular today - scrapbooking, rubber stamping, jewelry making, calligraphy, candlemaking, mosaics, wreath making, quilling, rope crafts, you name it and it's probably in here!
There are templates, and a tools and materials guide that will help you to create all of the wonderful projects, plus spark your creativity for projects of your own.The photography alone is enough to make you want to buy the book. But one of you my sweet friends won't have to buy the book in order to enjoy it. Thanks to Crown Publishing, I'm giving away (1) copy of "Martha Stewart's Encyclopedia of Crafts" to one lucky friend of The Old Parsonage.
If you'd like to be entered to win one, please leave a comment on this post. If you'd like an extra entry then post about this on your blog, then come back here and tell me about it. You don't have to be a follower, but we'd love to have you follow along if you'd like. That's it, easy peasy! Contest ends midnight on Thursday,February 28th, I'll pick the winner on Friday, March 1. Good Luck!

I love doing crafts and then I usually give them as gifts.
Count me in, Leann!
The snow missed us entirely. But the temp is to get down to single digits, and the wind is cruel today.
Very nice giveaway, Leann. Ol' Martha is a decorating and cooking/baking pro. I like the fact that she's part Polish, too! ha!
Can you put my name in the hat? Thank you! Susan
I have her Gardening Book and it's just as you say...filled to the brim with tips and tools and methods. It's been one of the most useful gardening books I've ever read. Thanks for tossing my name into the cap. Oh I also have her organizing book...ditto!
What a nice give away! Before work and school I used to do crafts all the time. I can't wait until I have time to do my special projects again!
I want to learn some new crafts.

One of the things that really disappointed me about her Hallmark show folding (not that I ever got to see it often) was there are so few craft shows and even though it was just a segment her things are usually pretty nice! I'd love to be in your drawing! The book looks great!
So excited to be entered in your fun giveaway!
Oooh! I would so love to win this because March is my BFF's birthday month. SHE LOVES to craft and says it brings her much JOY. Anyway, that would be awesome if I won.
If not, thanks so much for the opportunity! Have a great day and a great Pink Saturday!

What a great post. My Dad did our family tree for his side of the family. I am second generation Italian here in America. He went very far back. Turns out my Dad's great great (lots and lots more "greats") Uncle was a Pope. But not a nice one, centuries ago. Family trees are fascinating. Maggie
I have long been inspired by Ms.Martha as well. This is a lovely give away, thanks for the chance!
Have a great day.
